Digital Radio Joy

One of the joys of paying a huge monthly fee to Sirius XM digital radio is the ability to listen to the BBC World Service in my motor car as I cruise around the nation's capital. If I am honest, my favoured station is Hair Nation which plays "Vintage rock from the big hair '80s"... but sometimes I like to balance this out with the BBC where nation should speak "rock" on to nation. While I was listening today I heard this clip from Colm O'Regan on the business show, "In the Balance" all about the taking of and the returning from holidays. (Vacation if you are in the America.)

(The clip I mean is at 17m 24s in.)

What is most comforting about digital radio, specifically Sirius XM, is knowing that many of the song titles and artist titles that appear on my radio display as I drive along were programmed in by Hanaan in one of her previous incarnations.
